I’m Anthony Thompson, founder of MindMojo. I teach people with busy minds how to take back control of their lives by harnessing the power of Vedic Meditation. I’ll take you through the simple process of learning the technique in a practical way and show you step-by-step how to use meditation to relieve stress and achieve deep rest, as well as making your life easier and more fulfilling.

MindMojo Vedic Meditation Courses consist of four 90-minute face-to-face small group sessions held over four consecutive days. During the course you will learn eveything you need to know to become a self–sufficient meditator.
Once you graduate, you will receive the one thing that is usually missing from most other meditation teaching: complimentary ongoing lifetime support. You’ll also have the ability to repeat the training as often as you'd like.
