Meditation for Children
Aged 6-10

This gentle and supportive special short course for 6-10 year olds gives young people the opportunity to learn to meditate and help them navigate challenging circumstances and reduce stress, anxiety, and control impulses.

At this age children are already under a great deal of pressure and learning this technique will strengthen their resilience, creativity and sense of self at this key stage in their development.

Anxiety and stress will be reduced, attention and memory will improve, and the development of their brain integration will increase.

They will be happier, healthier, more grounded, find learning easier and be capable of more balanced communication and behaviour. 

Your child needs to have expressed an interest in learning to meditate and a parent or close family member needs to be a regular meditator.

The course lasts ninety minutes and the child's adult carer will be in attendance at all times.

A drawing by the child of their experience will be gratefully accepted in lieu of the course fee.
