Vedic Rounding is a simple advanced technique which combines a series of yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath-work) with meditation.

It’s a powerful advanced technique that clears deep-rooted stresses, gives profound rest to the body and expands your meditation practice.

Rounding is a technique learnt with your teacher which is then practiced at home as an addition to your existing meditation practice.

The technique gives the body access to a rich quality of inner rest and expands your meditation experience giving rise to greater clarity which allows you to detect the subtle, making you more aware and able to experience bliss on a deeper level.

This sequence is designed to bring a quality of expansion and calmness to the mind while improving flexibility, suppleness and general wellbeing.

Once you have learned Vedic Rounding, the sequence can be practiced easily at home as a complement to your meditation practice and when practiced regularly greatly enhances deeper experiences in your meditation.

If you wish to expand your Vedic Knowledge Rounding is a pre-requisite for ‘Rishi Training’.

Vedic Rounding does not require an advanced level of fitness, and can be modified according to each person's health and fitness levels.

However, if you have any significant physical injuries or concerns which may be affected by yoga postures please raise this with the teacher prior to session.

Workshop - an opportunity to learn this elaboration to your technique, held over two consecutive days

Retreat - for those who know the technique, and want to get some practice on a four day residential Rounding Retreat over along weekend
