I was recently invited by Leanne Spencer, Owner and Founder of Bodyshot Performance, to be interviewed for an episode of their Podcast.
Bodyshot Performance are a Health and Wellbeing Consultancy based in London. Meditation is part of their recommended approach to optimising health and they were keen to hear more about Vedic Meditation and it’s many benefits for overall health and wellbeing.
In this edition of the podcast we discuss why Vedic Meditation is the perfect antidote to modern day life and pressures. I find people often try to use meditation as a sort of sticking plaster. Vedic Meditation, the technique that we teach at MindMojo, is very much a proactive rather than a reactive approach.
